Introduction
The Viljandi Culture Academy of the University of Tartu (VCA) provides a creative learning environment, where dancers, musicians, actors, as well as librarians, leisure-time and cultural managers work together on various projects in the fields of culture and pedagogy.
The diversity is also visible in ethnicity – there is a considerably high percentage of Russian-speaking students, especially in a group studying leisure-time management (i.e. youth work) in a multicultural context. In this material we share some of our experiences of preparing students to work in a multicultural context, and describe our attempts to apply the method of Forum Theatre to this purpose.
