Goals

Interpret the relationship between Ecuadorians and Spaniards in shared social space from an anthropological perspective. We used mainly qualitative methods and techniques. We adapted and transformed Augusto Boal’s ideas to suit our subject. We participated in the resolution of social conflicts using an awareness strategy. The goal of the project in Murcia was to understand from the perspective of an awareness strategy the social prejudices, stereotypes and perceptions that people have of each other, and in this way to stimulate a debate between Ecuadorian immigrants and Spaniards.
