Goals

By working on cultural production in an intercultural group based on the ideas of Augusto Boal, pedagogy students gain experience in confronting oppression and injustice.

Our basic goals were the following:

1. Provide students with the ability to handle heterogeneous groups including migrants.
2. Experiment with different forms of expression, apart from the Theatre of the Oppressed, to handle migration problems and create intercultural dialogue.
3. Find out if the parallel use of different cultural forms of expression is helpful in achieving intercultural competences and in deepening this process (sustainability).
